The Executive Office is the operational heart of the organization, responsible for overseeing daily activities, implementing decisions from the General Assembly, and ensuring that programs and partnerships align with our mission.
Strategic Leadership: Translating community goals into effective action plans.
Program Oversight: Coordinating cultural, educational, economic, and integration initiatives.
Financial Management: Ensuring responsible budgeting, fundraising, and transparent reporting.
Partnerships & Representation: Serving as the liaison with local institutions, government bodies, and multicultural networks.
Member Support: Listening to and acting on the needs and concerns of our growing Beti community in New Brunswick.
President / Chairperson β Provides strategic direction and represents the organization publicly.
Vice-President β Supports the President and leads special projects or regional chapters.
Secretary-General β Manages communication, documentation, and internal coordination.
Treasurer β Oversees budgets, fundraising, and financial accountability.
Program Coordinators β Lead various initiatives (education, youth, culture, integration, etc.).
β¨ Strong leadership, rooted in cultural values and community service.
