  • Mini performances during community events like Soleil d’Afrique en Acadie.


🍌 Little Cooks Corner

  • Hands-on cooking fun with child-friendly recipes using local ingredients and Beti flavors (e.g., mini plantain snacks).

  • Safe and guided sessions during Mbongo Tchobi workshops.


🎨 Creative Saturdays

  • Arts & crafts mornings with themes like “My Village,” “African Animals,” or “My Name in Beti.”

  • DIY musical instruments, storytelling masks, and holiday decorations.


📚 Cultural Story Hour

  • Held at local libraries (Fredericton, Moncton, Saint John) as part of the Traveling Media Library.

  • Books and films from Central Africa, followed by questions and fun take-home worksheets.
